Agentlauncher bridges the gap between AI driven automation and the Web3 community by deploying AI-powered agents that facilitate efficient decision-making, investment curation, and community engagement. This initiative empowers users to make data-driven, well-informed decisions and participate in high-potential IDOs, private sales, and OTC deals. Simultaneously, founders gain access to fundraising tools, such as AI-driven investor matchmaking, AI driven fair launches, strategic guidance, and access to one of the robust networks of over 250 global partners.

Rules for investing on the Agentlauncher platform.

To become an investor, you must stake $CVAI tokens on the platform. This staking mechanism provides access to all current and future Web3 early bird offerings on Launchpad+. $CVAI provides access to the full library of advanced AI agents, while non-token holders have access to limited, free versions.

How do Agentlauncher tiers work?

The tiered system is designed to provide different levels of access based on the amount of $CVAI tokens staked:

• Tier 1: ~5,000 CVAI tokens

• Tier 2: ~50,000 CVAI tokens

• Tier 3: ~500,000 CVAI tokens

• Tier 4: ~2,500,000 CVAI tokens

Full KYC information must be provided and verified before you can invest on the platform. US and Canadian (specifically Ontario) investors must be accredited to participate in Agentlauncher investments. Citizens of all other countries can place bets, complete KYC and participate, with the exception of individuals from “Restricted Jurisdictions”.

Restricted Jurisdictions include the United Kingdom, the People’s Republic of China and any country or region subject to United Nations sanctions. This list includes, but is not limited to, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Yemen. Agentlauncher reserves the right to change the list of restricted jurisdictions and apply the changes at any time without notice.

Once an investment is made, it can only be withdrawn through the OTC market provided by Spring. Market conditions will dictate the availability and price of sellers and buyers.

There is a refund policy. This policy is specific to each deal and details are outlined on the relevant project deal page. Additionally, the refund amount is specific to your Agentlauncher tier.
